Now that Nate is in Kindergarten, he got to have his first Field Day at school. I loaded up the kids and went over to watch for a bit. Nate couldn't have cared less that we were there. :) He had lots of fun playing all day long though.
A relay to fill a can with water using sponges.
After the relay the girls running the station sprayed all of the kids with the hose. Can you see Nate and his friend Jackson? I'll give you a hint- they're not with the rest of the class. If you guessed the two little boys on the far right of the picture, you are correct!
He did finally get wet with the duck duck goose sponge game.
And you may be able to pick out Graham in this picture. He had a minute when he got to run around with Nate's class, and loved feeling like a big kid!
After lunch we headed home, and let Nate enjoy the rest of his day in peace.
