We were able to have some fun in the massive amount of snow that arrived before it all disappeared one night in the rain. Nate loved sliding down and landing in a big pile of snow.
I made a snowman for Nate. Unfortunately he decided that he didn't like snowmen anymore shortly after if was completed. So for those of you who don't have toddler and preschool aged boys, and wonder what it's like to have a boy, well, here you go:
(Originally there was a head to the snowman, that was the first to go, since it was made apart from the body. The bottom two segments however were molded together, so it proved to be more difficult to destroy that part.)

Perhaps a shovel would make this easier...
Ultimately he sagged over in defeat, and exclaimed that he couldn't do it. He wanted me to destroy the snowman I had just spent so much time crafting. Being the good mother that I am, I did take the shovel to my creation, and reduced it to nothingness.
