Well, Jesse is now gone to Scout Camp. This is the first time I will be alone with both kids for a week. Jesse's job, thankfully, does not call for much travel, so this is not something I am used to. So if you can't find me at the end of the week, check the local loony bins.

Good luck! Husbandless is definitely not fun! And I've only had to do it with one so far.
You've got this one in the bag...just when you really start to loose it and think about how NOT fun single parenting would be, Jesse will come home. And you'll love him all the more for it. :)
It really isn't tons of fun--believe me, I know--so my tips of the day (for what they're worth) are: plan some activities and keep yourself and the kids busy (minus nap times and such--keep those well in tact). My days went by much happier when we had at least one thing to look forward to, even if it was at home like making cookies together or something.
