So Jesse and I were talking about going places, and costs and stuff, and I said that Graham was probably still free at the zoo, and Nate says, "No, Graham's not free- he's one!" Maybe he's never noticed that he's the only one in the family that says "free" instead of "three."

My Police Thing

So today, we were at Target, in celebration of me getting my car back after a week in the shop. Anyway, while there, Nate spotted this sweet Hello Kitty chapstick with attached keychain. Anyway, he had to have it.
So today the shorts that he has on don't have a pocket. He found that he was able to tuck the chapstick into this waistband and it would stay there. Well, then he wanted to put it right in the back of his pants. He then informed me that it was his "police thing." So I predict that either Nate will grow up to be the kind of police man who keeps his gun in his back waistband, or he'll become a thug.

Old McDonald

So starting around the week that Jesse was out of town, Nate started to sing Old McDonald all day, every day. However, lately, he has started to randomly yell at me, "Old McDonald didn't have a farm!!!" He had things like, a blanket, and a race car, but no farm. Well OK Nate, I guess I stand corrected!

The park

Movie Night

Since Jesse has been out of town we've had to come up with things to do, especially in the evening to help us get through until bedtime. One night we decided to have a movie night. We set out pillows and blankets. We popped popcorn, ate dibs, and watched Bee Movie. A good time was had by all.

In our house we like to find new places to sit each day. Sometimes it is the carseats when they have been brought inside.
